Japan is heaven for pets. You can raise any kinds of animals (such as tiger) as long as you can afford them. Japanese love animals. They bring their animal to picnics, vacations and treat them like human being. You get sent to jail for animal abuse too. They even have expensive animal graves for pets, which could cost more than ￥5,000,000 ( rm150,000+-)
